Welcome to EmploymentDiversity!  This is our blog for our web site Employment Diversity Solutions.  Our blog and site are dedicated to exploring issues that impact diversity and communication in the workplace.  Our objective is to increase the dialouge within organizations in order to build cooperation and reduce misunderstandings and thereby increase productivity.  We welcome and encourage comments from all viewpoints.
